1. Intellectual Property Rights
   Excluding user content, all intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets) in the Site and its contents belong to Tranzect or its licensors. These Terms do not grant proprietary rights.
2. Access to the Site
   • License Grant: Subject to compliance, Tranzect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
   • Usage Restrictions:
     • No selling, leasing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Site.
     • No modifying, reverse engineering, or making derivatives of Site content.
     • No copying, reproducing, or transmitting content without written permission.
     • No use for developing competing services.
     • Tranzect may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice or liability.
3. Disclaimers
   • The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”—no warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
   • Tranzect and its suppliers disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.
   • No guarantee against errors, viruses, or harmful components. Certain disclaimers may not apply in some jurisdictions.
4. Third-Party Links and Content
   • Links & Ads: Site may link to third-party services Tranzect does not control. Use them at your own risk.
   • User Content: Users are solely responsible for anything they post; Tranzect does not control or endorse it and assumes no liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • To the fullest extent allowed, Tranzect and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; losses of profit, data, goodwill; and any claim above ₹5,000 INR.
6. Termination
   • Terms remain while you use the Site. Tranzect may suspend/terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
   • Upon termination, your rights end instantly and any user content may be deleted.
   • Certain provisions survive: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and any intended sections.
7. Copyright Policy
   • Tranzect respects IP rights. To report infringement, submit written notification to info@tranzect.co containing (i) your contact info, (ii) description of work, (iii) location of infringing work, (iv) statement of unauthorized use, (v) statement under penalty of perjury, (vi) your signature.
8. Dispute Resolution
   • All disputes are resolved by Arbitration Laws of India; seat and venue are India, proceedings in English.
   • Waiver of court trials and class actions: by agreeing to arbitration, you waive all such rights.
   • Exceptions: Copyright infringement, defamation, unauthorized computer access may go to court.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

10. General Provisions
    • Governing Law: Terms governed by laws of India, regardless of conflicts.
    • Amendments: Tranzect may update Terms at any time, with notice via Site. Continued use = acceptance.
    • Electronic Communications: By using Site, you consent to receive digital communications, updates, and legal notices.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement for your usage. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
    • Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old or minimum age in your jurisdiction. By using, you affirm you have legal capacity and authority.
